Placing an order is simple and straightforward:

  6. Confirm your order

You can also place orders directly via WhatsApp for a more personalized experience!

We offer convenient payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery: Pay with cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Delivery charge: $3.00
  • Wish Money: Use Wish Money for secure digital payments. Delivery charge: $3.00 (same as cash)

Note: The delivery charge is the same ($3.00) for both Cash on Delivery and Wish Money payment methods. All payment methods are secure and reliable. Choose the option that works best for you!

We believe everyone should be able to enjoy our premium chocolates:

  • No minimum order amount required
  • Order as little or as much as you'd like
  • A flat delivery charge of $3.00 applies to all orders

Whether you're ordering a single box or bulk quantities, we're happy to serve you! The delivery charge is the same regardless of order size.

Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver your premium chocolates as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are:

  • 1-4 days for orders within Lebanon
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special occasions), delivery may take up to 5 days

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date once your order is processed.

We charge a flat delivery fee for all orders:

  • Delivery Charge: $3.00 per order
  • This charge applies to all orders regardless of order value or payment method
  • Same delivery charge for both Cash on Delivery and Wish Money - no difference!
  • The delivery charge is clearly displayed in your cart and checkout summary
  • It is added to your order total along with the product prices

The delivery charge covers the cost of delivering your premium chocolates safely to your doorstep anywhere in Lebanon. Whether you pay with cash or Wish Money, the delivery charge remains the same at $3.00.

To maintain the best quality and flavor:

  • Store chocolates in a cool, dry place (ideally between 15-18°C)
  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Keep away from strong odors (chocolate absorbs smells easily)
  • Refrigeration is not necessary unless the temperature is very high
  • If refrigerated, let chocolates return to room temperature before serving

Properly stored, our chocolates maintain their quality for several weeks. However, we recommend enjoying them fresh for the best experience!

Policies & Support

Customer satisfaction is our priority:

  • If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours
  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund
  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we cannot accept returns for change of mind
  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method
